Because the items on this site are customized, at the time of purchase, we do not accepts returns. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a damaged item must be returned, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
