Because items are customized at the time of purchase, we request 7-10 business days following receipt of payment to process your order. However, we make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide. Once your package has been accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for mail shipping delays.
